help. first, i have logged into the forums and have a loggin and password and it still says that i am a visitor. second, i am at level 23, have 80,000 and it won't let me pruchase 18x18 land up grade. i already have a 16x16 plot. can anyone help me?

was just wondering why the game won't let me upgrade my farm. i have 8 neighbors, level 23 and almost 80,000.00 im my account. can someone please help me? would like to upgrade to 18x18.
