To make an album look to the right at Albums and click the Start album and then it will ask you to name it and say something about the album then after that you can add your images.
To post photos to the group I created here in the forum is very different then in a FB group. The first thing you will need to do is to create an album here on your Profile page then from that album you can add designs to the group.
