Accidentally Bought, Deleted or Sold Something
Although as forum moderators we can sympathize as we have all had "Ack! I sold my mansion!!" or "Sheesh, I really didn't want two Toy Factories" moments, reimbursements and refunds are not given via the forum.
IMPORTANT - Tools once bought can NOT be refunded if you bought the wrong one. Please make sure that ALL of your tools are in your Item storage BEFORE you buy any tools and be very careful that you are sure you are buying the correct tool before you proceed with the purchase. To request a refund you will need to contact the Slashkey Support Staff. To contact the support staff you must be logged into the website, then CLICK HERE select the category in the window that opens and fill in a support ticket. However, it is solely up to the support staff as to whether or not you will receive a refund and their decisions are final. Remodelling your farm is easier than ever with the use of the bulldozers and other recent game enhancements. Unfortunately, with these enhancements, it is also easier than ever to mistakenly sell or clear an item. The developers implemented a confirmation pop-up into the game to help avoid accidentally selling the more expensive items, but please, when remodelling, take your time and hide anything you wish to keep. The same can be said for purchasing items. It is also easier to buy something. On all the less expensive items there now is a 'buy multiple' option and neighbors are able to send Farm Cash items to one another. The developers also implemented a confirmation pop-up that will be received whenever a player attempts to purchase any Farm Cash item. Again, please take your time when making purchases to avoid accidents. This thread was created for players that have bought, deleted or sold an item by mistake NOT for reporting when something has disappeared or is no longer visible to you. Accident
Im heartbroken, I accidently purchased an item I didnt want with Farmcash..Is there some way I can get a refund. I dont want this item at all. Please help

bought a glacier by accident. Would like refund.

I have purchased the incorrect facility, I purchased the Austrian Restaurant on my Farm 35. I already had this is there a way to cancel this purchase?

Bought the wrong factory
I accidentally bought the wrong factory (Bridal Shop) with Farm Cash. Is there some way to give it back and get my FC back. I clicked on it and placed it while I was distracted.

Tiger, I have not got a response about accidentally buying a Bridal Shop. I have waited three days (I sent my request Friday), checked spam folder (nothing). I do not have any other email address. I also checked the link you provided for further information and it said if nothing in a couple days, go to Help and Support.
So, here I am again. Still same situation, with a Bridal Shop I don't want and no response from TPTB. Can you help? |

I have sent 2 different requests to support for a farm cash refund and I have not gotten the automatic response to my email address which is my every day email address.

Im sorry but we do not have specifications on how to do that for every email address. After adding them, then try to send a new ticket or you can use another email address to contact them. facm cash facility refund
It has been 5 days since I submitted a request for a refund on some duplicate purchases of 7 fc facilities.
I tried using 2 different email addresses and I changed the settings per the instructions so that any responses from slashkey would be accepted my email. I still have not seen any emails from them regarding this situation. Thank You |

This has happened to me before, but I forgot all about it. I went to sell the regular/small versions of my fish and it sold them all even though I deliberately only clicked the blue box within that singular selection to sell, and nothing was checked in the 'large' box.

You can not sell each individual type of a product that way as it will sell all types. Instead what you need to do is run the zip which will consolidate all as regular size and give you coins for the difference from the price of the large and the price of regular. Then sell less than all of the regular if you want to sell some of them. |
If I cash out a facility do I need to buy that facility again?

facility purchase mistake
my fault but accidently bought a Japanese's restaurant (last cash purchase made) can it be reversed? Ive been saving forever to get a larger seader :(

I went to click on the bulgarian restaurant and somehow click on the egyptian one which I did not realize until I had place it on my farm which I did not intend to buy as it is FC which I am trying to save.

Accidental Purchase

I accidently purchased a Indian Restaurant (I already had one) when I really wanted to purchase an Indian Trading Post. The purpose of this email is to ask if you would please refund my FC for this accidental purchase and take the 2nd Indian Restaurant away. Thank you for your time. When did you contact them? Friday 1-20-23 Did you get the auto response email? No I did not. Have you checked your spam/junk folder for it? Yes I have. Did you also try another email address you have and have the same problem with that one as well? No I did not. |

Ground cover
I purchased the Meadow flowers by mistake. How do I get rid of that and go back to regular grass?

accidentally deleted rabbit hutch
I accidentally deleted my rabbit hutch, is there a way to get it back? I had one on farm 28.

Ok I have tried contacting support for my 2nd account holder. The 1st time I thought maybe I mistyped the email but this 2nd time I have not received the automated response either. In this situation, I gift that account FC and for a quest we bought a 2nd Pharmacy supply facility by mistake and wanted to return the duplicate so we could get the right one, the photography Factory facility for the quest. The account is small so we don't have duplicates of facilities like I do on this account.
You ask: When did you contact them? Monday. Did you get the auto response email? No Have you checked your spam/junk folder for it? Yes Did you also try another email address you have and have the same problem with that one as well? I have not tried from another email yet, but we don't have a 2nd email for that acct. Should I try from this one? Tho I don't want them taking the facility that is on this main farm. What else can I do? |

I did get a reply on my main email, but the other that the other acct is tied to, nothing. Not sure why. But I did as asked and hopefully selling the facility will do the trick.

I lost my Panda Garden by hitting sell by mistake
My Farm 44 I had two different Panda Gardens I was working on and putting ponds with them, and was getting rid of dirt by selling the dirt because I had to many, and I mistakenly hit sell on my Panda Garden instead of the dirt pile, and it was gone before I could realize what had happened! Is there anyway I can get the second Panda Garden back again. It was a total mistake, I didn't want to sell or get rid of the Panda Garden that I received in the Quest. I feel awful that it's gone, I was trying to make it look beautiful in my farm. Thanks for any help you can give me. Sandy
