Bought Heavywool Llama for Callin' Baton Rouge Farm, didn't get it.
 
Howdy - I bought a Heavywool Llama from the Store, put it on the farm, it took the farmcash but when I tried to add it to the Wool Shed it said try again later but now I don't have the Heavywool Llama on the farm, storage, gift box, or in the Wool Shed. That has happened a few times and not sure what causes it. Any way to either get the FC back or get the animals I didn't get?

Hi lvlrsSweetPea,

It can be caused by trying to place it where an item is already located or on farms where there are a lot of items on the farm particularly if there is anything else on top of those in the row or column that you try to place it.
It may be that the exact spot you clicked was a little too close to any of those even if the spot itself was clear. Animals don't always like to be placed too close to other items

As you tried to place it on a farm with a lot of overlapped waters and some facilities on top, just incase that caused a problem, should you want to buy more in the future it would be best to try to find a farm with far less items on it with more clear space, show everything in preferences and don't place it near any of those items. Then it should be fine.

What you will need to do now is contact the Support team.

I'm not sure where I should take this problem.
I just sold my dairy barn on farm #44. It is still showing up in my factory manager with no animals in the barn.
I sold the barn after I put the animals in storage.
But the empty barn is still showing up in my factory manager. Is this a glitch or should I wait 24 hours before it vanishes?
I've cleared my memcache several times over and it still is there.

Hi Beth,
I just looked on your farm 44 and the Dairy Shed is still there. I am not sure what you sold but it was not the Dairy Shed for the animals. Are you sure it was farm 44 you sold the item from?

I was checking on my barns and adding what can be harvested daily to my spreadsheet, when I discovered that all but the Super Dairy Barn was gone on my Farm 2. So...I bought the other four - again - and when I tried to load them - they were full. I'm out 200 FC that I spent just a few minutes ago to "replace" the missing Super Barns. Can anyone explain what happened and refund my FC??? I have checked on all the other farms and everything seems to be there.

Hi NJones,
The most likely cause of why they disappear is the fact that you have trees, flowers, some waters and facilities on top of crops planted in 9x layers. When you reach the limits for the amount that can be on a farm, then things can disappear. The animals are associated with the farm, so when you replaced the sheds the animals automatically are in them.
