Yup -- more single purpose facilities!! The saw mill makes sense. Not sure what a tea production factory could have been combined with so guess that makes sense, too.
But the coffee shop? Why not a country diner/restaurant which serves coffee, breakfasts, lunches and diners using many of our products and crops?
Oh well, great updates nonetheless
