Best thing to do here would be to go onto
http://apps.facebook.com/superrewards_status/ then go onto the 'missing these farm cash' option next to the app of the day option. Then scroll down and click on Continue to the offer inquiry page » - type out your issue with it not being awarded and keep checking back for the customer service reply
