OMG what an absolute pain in the backside. This is a perfect example of why I would also like to be able to fire people. I think the primary reason for me though it that I want ot be able to get rid of people that once hired, just come to my farm and just stand around or if they do work they make a big fat mess and never get everything. I usually only hire one person at a time because I prefer to work alone and because I believe that if they are willing to work hard they should be given the chance to advance themselves as much as they are willing to work for. However, it never fails that I have to hire anywhere from 2-5 people one, right after the other, to get the job done because people have gotten so darn picky about what they are willing to harvest and what they won't. This upsets me as much as the other crazy things people do because it seems to me that we should all be grateful if someone is willing to hire us to work for them. After all, they are doing us a favor, not the other way around (my opinion)!
