It does not always clear everything by clicking the clear button. In fact it is usually something causing trouble that hangs up in there. Do it in that order though! VERY important.

I did a major delete on everything temp file on my pc.. removed flash from the adobe site and reinstalled...... when you delete it from their site it removes all stored flash files...... did a manual delete on all temp files.... no help..... i can not even send anything into production in all of my facilities... this is a major pain......
