You will need to contact the Facebook Credits Support Center. To get to that, on Facebook go to your Account Settings and click on Payments in the left column. At the bottom of that screen is "Learn more about Facebook Credits" so click on that. Toward the bottom of the next screen is "Get help in the Facebook Credits Support Center." Click on that and answer the questions.
Farm Town doesn't have anything to do with this so this is the only way to get your credits.
