I suppose it is a good one to have if you are starting out or have half empty animal barns - this is something for the newer players I feel. I wont buy one - I have all my barns filled to max - unless the Devs radically increase the capacity. And of course it depends on how much you can sell them for - would be interested in that if someone buys one when they are released
