This is by far the best and most useful update, to me, we've had in a very long time. It partially addresses one of the major issues so many of us have with this game ... time. It helps a little when the mayor finishes half the facs any one neighbour has on each farm. It helps a LOT, when the mayor finishes a good portion of our neighbours facs for us if we have farm cash train-trucks and it will help immensely when we're able to buy 10 trucks and be able to work all facs on a farm in 1 click. (though if any of my neighbours think this is an excuse to spread their facs over every 'blooming' farm they have and think i'll load them all ... they can think again,
)
The search feature is awesome too. Especially for those of us who plant a lot. Planting is one of those tedious jobs we all have to do in order to advance so anything that can be done to alleviate some of the tedium is much appreciated as far as I'm concerned. I really hope we can get that search feature into all boxes ... or at least the facility manager for those of us who only regularly load/post the much needed ingredients like cheese, maple lumber, canvas, etc ... A search feature in the facility manager might also encourage other farmers to have days where they only post essential ingredients instead of feeling the need to plonk facs on every farm to keep up with the demands of cheese and flour etc.
The green glove is an unexpected bonus. Probably more so to me than anyone else who plays this game, lol.

To those who feel the new train-truck feature will disadvantage them - I hear you, feel for you and understand your position. You've given me pause to think about my own loyal neighbours who work my facs and may not want the train-trucks or be able to afford them. To lesson any disadvantage for them - I've committed myself to having enough stock to reload my facs as fast as I can once they're posted so although the first to start may not necessarily be the first to finish .. at least they'll all still get a decent whack out of my facilities. (hopefully)
