Since you are the only one that has reported this and none of the clearing has helped, then I suggest you contact Support and see if they can fix this. Be sure to tell them everything you have tried.

Be patient as it can take any where from a few hours to a few weeks for them to respond depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
