Unhappy As of 4/13/2015 Still cannot boost trains or send gifts
I read in the forum that the issue with the not being able to boost trains and send gifts had been fixed, As of 5:30am Pacific time April 13, 2015 . I am still not able to boost trains or send gifts. PLEASE HELP
