Try completely exiting FT and then click the FT icon on your Facebook Home page. See if it still does it then.

after getting back to my farm from working the SN and all is blue i can click play and reload an all is good, but I have also noticed that when one of the neighbors who have me set as SN sends me a note in the game, when i open the note an read it an close it out, i am holding the dozer and all farms are blue, for some reason it does this only when i am connected someone who has me set as a SN, i can read notes from others an this doesnt happen.
