That works for about one click for me, after that clicking on a water item where it lies outside the farm does nothing. Or maybe it's because my water items are overlapping - it seems like when I try to fish overlapping seacoasts or lakes, I could click all day with my 5x5 Turbo Boat and still never get all the fish.

If you have water items off the edge of the farms, only the Turbo boat works.
You have the Fishing boat 5x5 but you would need to purchase the Fishing boat Turbo, (purple one) in the store.
