will not load and crashes

I am back again did every thing i was to do then last week i try fire fox did not work for me so did everthing all over again did not help then on Feb 8th try to log in again and it work like a chram was on it all day doing my work on it plant some crops hoping the next day i could harvest them but my hope was lost could not log in .so some crops went to waste . hope this can be fixed thanks
