I visited your farms and loaded many of them with everything showing in my preferences and had no problems at all.

Do you usually clear your browser cache at the end of the day or have your browser set to do that automatically? If so, then when you try to load the game again, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Also, in our previous responses to you, we asked you to check the first post, first page of this thread for the requirements for your computer. Maybe you can get help from a family member or friend to check all the points in that page.

If you wish, you can also contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
