Hi Carol,
I have moved your post to Help and Support for the cargo ships as it is not about the latest release.
The behavior of when the notification popups will show and when they don't are:
- The popups will only show if you remain on the same farm while the ship is being prepared.
- When you go to other farms you need to check the ships yourself as they will stop showing up.
- If you reload the game and the last container is already prepared, then you will see the notification popup again.
