We have never had 4th of July decorations. The developers are very busy trying to get the rest of the game features completed and released before the Facebook deactivation.
If you want to make a Suggestion about decorations then please post it in the Suggestions section. You can not start a new thread there but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.
