She is set public on Facebook.
Any help you can give to recover her old farms would be appreciated.

I moved your post to the thread about problems registering your email.
If your cousin didnt register for the new website while the game was still on facebook, then she has to contact support about that.
If she goes to the
first post, first page of this thread, she will find instructions on how to get his user id number and also there are instructions on how to contact Support team to try to recover her farms.
If she got registered on time but she doesnt remember her email address, then she can use her user id number and the password she used to register in the website to be able to load the game.
