well my game loads and plays fine till this happens and when this happens i have to reload my computer to clear it then it works fine again.

I moved your post to the thread about problems loading the game.
First of all, please be sure that your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for windows in your computer.
After an update it is always better to restart the computer.
If that is not the problem, then please follow the suggestions given in the
first post, first page of this thread.
