I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please take in mind that to be able to export, your neighbours staging areas do not have to be full.

If they are full then you cant export to them. Staging areas full means that they are not importing products regularly, so you have the products but cant export to them.
So at the end, you get less coins.

I will tell you what I do. I first import and then reload the game. Then choose to export to my neighbors, but I start with the ones I can export small amounts.
If I click in the ones who have large amounts first, then the others will receive nothing.

Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
