I also tried to get more Farm Cash & had a problem with that, too. I usually use Chrome but I tried a different browser. I successfully purchased the Farm Pass & the Farm Cash. All is well
PS: I never heard from Support - nothing in my email, nothing in Spam folder.

Support did look at your account on the 1st, so I am sure they answered you. It may be that your email provider rejected the answer. You might want to add
Support@slashkey.com to your contacts to make sure they go through to you.
Glad you at least got everything purchased. You may want to clear cookies in your Chrome and see if that will work.
