Yes it can give you all those errors. An internet problem may not be a completely cut off, but can be high traffic or an intermitent problem causing it to lose some of the data being transferred which causes an error.
For the auto-reply check your email's spam folder. If you have not gotten it my tomorrow let us know and we can contact Support to check for your ticket and contact you by other means.
