We know that chromebooks have problems with memory as you need a lot to play the game.

If the browsers you use are up to date and you do not have any pending update for your operating system, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
