once you hit the 600 goal.
I don't always bother with goals in FP1 or 2 once the 600 goal is hit. This is because there is no benefit to doing so. I hope if this ever changes (there is some benefit to continuing) there will be an announcement. I would hate to miss trying for a new reward.
