Your train on your Farm 36 is not dispatched.
If you have followed the instructions to check if all 10 long cars are correctly attached, then dispatch it.
Remember that to be able to work all facilities and clients at once you need to have 4 trains dispatched with at least 10 farm cash cars in each train.
You only have 3 trains dispatched, so dispatch the one on Farm 36 and you will be able to work all facilities and services at once.
