Did Support and Raul get my report about someone calling me a sl*t yesterday. I feel like I'm being ignored on this and it's not on. Anything reported I feel doesn't seem to be taken seriously enough. It's not the only thing females and males have to deal with on farm town. Unwanted sexual messages too and nout is done about it.

Anyone swearing, being reported for sexually harrassing messages when that person has said no not interested. Blocking that person is no good cause they'll just go on to the next person online.

Next person who calls me a sl*t I won't be so nice and I will tell them to F off.

I'm sorry this happened to you but the way you need to use is the following:

Report Abuse and Block! ONLY use this when:

• Someone is being abusive or sending abusive messages perhaps of a sexual nature
• A farmer has an offensive farm design like one of a sexual nature.
• A farmer has an offensive avatar name like one of a sexual nature.
• Someone is advertising bots or auto clickers in game - NONE are provided by Slashkey!! These can slow down the game for everyone including those that do not use them, which is why there are limits in place and those limits can change at a moments notice depending on server load.
• hacking or threatening to hack your Farm Town account.
• other bad language or bad behaviour that does not come under irritating or annoying or argumentative.
  
  Do NOT use Report for complaining about someone not completing work on farms!!
  
  When you report someone make sure that you do it at the time the problem occurred. The report will include what was said or sent to you via messages and will show on their account.
  If it's abusive chat in one of the chat boxes at the markets or Inn, click on their avatar name in the chat box NEXT to the sentence that was offensive to report what they said at that time.
  
  If it's an offensive message that has been sent via in game messaging you can use the report icon on the offending message report it. You need to do that before the message no longer shows up in your in game messages.
  
  NEVER reply to any offensive messages. If you have not blocked them, they can use the message you sent to them, to reply back to you and the cycle will continue.
  
  
  • By not responding, they can not use the message you may reply with to contact you again.
    If you block them then they can't any other methods to contact you again either.
    
    
  • If they already have a message from you to use, do not reply to any subsequent messages! The message they are using to contact you will disappear from their in game messages as they get new messages that will replace the one that you sent.
    
    
  • In the same respect, any messages that they have already sent to you before you blocked them, will be replaced by new messages that you get from other famers.
  
  
  You only need to send ONE report!
  If other farmers are having the same problem with the same user, they must also report the offender themselves.
  
  When you report someone they will be added to your blocked list you will not see or hear from them again until you remove the block.

Using this way, the report will include the offensive message, conversation, etc and also the offender information.
If that person does the same to any other farmer, they have to report abuse the same way.
Having more reports will make that person be automatically banned.

If you only contact Support or Raul, then they do not have the required information that is showing in Abuse reports.

I did send a report file on it and got nothing back on it. I can even send the photo I took to you if you'd like a copy

Did you report that person using the abuse icon explained in my previous post or you send a ticket to support and an email to Raul?

You and any other farmer have to use the right way to send the reports. As much reports that person gets, then they will be banned faster and automatically.

This is set that way as non of us can be at the exact place at the exact time to see what is happening.

If you know that other farmers are having problems with the same person, then try to ask them to use the abuse icon to get more reports for this person.

To be clear, if you have a picture of the conversation, that is not giving us the offender information.

Their avatar name can be Tommy today and next day they can change their avatar name, gender, hair style.
But when you use the Abuse icon, no matter which changes that person does, their information will be the same and that is the important thing for the game to be able to ban them.

Even if the sender changes their name and gender in the game it doesn't alter their farm id so that report should still stand. I clicked on the red flag put in my details and the reason to why I've reported them. But by the looks of it nothing gets done anyway

Hi Alexandra,
There is nothing we can do as it is done automatically in the game. You reported and blocked them, so you will not see them or anything they say in chat or in game messages. You will not get notified whether they are blocked or not.

So nothing can be done because they are blocked automatically when they are reported? So what's the point of reporting in the first place if they get away with it 10 times out of 10. Are the blocks kept an eye on or how many blocks for that person to be banned. 3 reports should warrant a ban for 3 months, if it carries on then the ban should be 3 months more and the 9th report of a warranted block they would be blocked by their farm id.

As I said the game automatically does the blocking of them when there have been enough reports of their behavior. It is not something we can control or change.
