A little while ago, I bought the 20x20 chainsaw, and then I didn't like it so I sold it. I got my money. It is not in my inventory, but it's still in my toolbox. I still don't like it. Can you make it go away please.USER ID number is: 1763961666

Hi AnnieGreenThumb,
We can not make it go away. Once you buy a tool you have it permanently. This is because any purchases of that tool after the first purchase are for coins. Even if you sell the tool it is still in your toolbox and usable.

If you wish you may contact Support about this, but they will tell you the same thing. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. I have a crude barrel in my Harvest & Products with over 5,000 in it and it only asks me how much I want to sell of it. This is the fuel I make from my oil Pumps How do I get to use this fuel???? I have read everything I could find in the forum but nothing is helping

Hi Sandie

All items in your Harvest & Products storage say Go to Market to sell. But doesnt mean you have to sell them.

You have 2 Oil Refineries, so when you start products the crude oil barrels in your storage will be used to produce the products in the Oil Refineries.

When they are done, then you store them. When you refuel, the fuel tanks will be used to give you fuel.

Fuel is not adding up as normal. Gifts not registering!!!

Hi John,
You have 68 fuel tanks from oil refinery and 4 fuel tanks from gifts in your storage. You refueled yesterday and got 388,450 fuel from1,295 fuel tanks. I am not sure what you mean by not adding up right. You oil refineriy can only make so much each day without neighbors working it. So only 68 per day on it's own.

What do you mean by gifts not registering. Are gifts you accept not getting to your gift box?

Yes I got gifts today twice from two neighbors but it shows 0 when I go to refuel.

Hi John,
I do not see your refuelling for today. You refueled yesterday at 11:46 PM eastern time. You can only refuel once every day, so that is why you got zero, you have tried too early.
Also if you move those gift fuel tanks to your storage then when you refuel they will not show in the refueling as from gifts. They will be included in the count from refinery instead.
