I moved your post to the thread abouty facilities. The facilities do continue to self produce even when no one has worked them. After a few hours yes they will be down some on their own production of batches.

It is also possible that whoever worked them did not show up on the activity log for some unknown reason. Though I would think after a few hours it would be farther down than 80% due to the combination of someone working them and the continued self working.
