I didn't get the chance to earn all the Farm Pass rewards (the buildings) before the end of the month. Is there a way to do that now? If not, please suggest to the devs that they add those items to the store the next month after the Farm Pass.

No, that is not possible.

You can suggest this yourself using the Suggestions section.

You can't start a new thread there but you can post in a thread that fits with your idea.
