I wish they had made it so the ship skips a port after a certain amount of time - although then it probably wouldnt give neighbours much of a chance to catch it. Maybe we could have an option to tell the ship to skip a neighbour and move the ship on if it is held up. I really HATE the thought of nagging people to work my ships.

And add to that the possibility that a neighbor takes a break from FT for a few days for one reason or another (they go on vacation, their computer is in the shop, etc.). I will not nag my neighbors, nor will I be happy if neighbor nagging becomes a regular part of FT.
