I moved your post to the thread about Tools.

If you can see your tools in your toolbox, that means they are in your storage. I can also see them stored when checking your data.

When you go to storage, then click in Items tab, then you can set the filter All to Tools and you will find your tools.

Currently there are some problems with the game, you cant start production from the facilities on the farms, you have to use your Facility Manager.
