According to your data you have 44 banks and 38 oil pumps. It may just be that the facilities you are looking for are just hidden from view. You should be able to see all of them in the facility manager. You can also use the search tool (magnifying glass) in your tool box to go to each farm and find those facilities.
Instead of just replacing any you find missing if you want a refund of the coins for those then contact Support so they can check to see what is missing and refund the coins for them. We don't know why this happens but it does occasionally happen.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
