According to your data you have 101 neighbors, so maybe you should change some of the ones in your itinerary for others who are doing ships.

Those changes can only be done while you are preparing your ship. You can change up to 10 ports.

Just take in mind that you could be at your neighbors limit, so maybe you will need to delete some of them to be able to add new ones. You can click in your My Neighbors tab and sort players "by Activity", uncheck "Active players only" option, to see when it was the last time they played the game.
