I moved your post to the thread about gifts as that is the first problem you listed.
Please provide your account ID so we can check on this for you. You can find it at the bottom of your farms page.
For your coins when hiring someone to fish, you do not get coins from the hire. You will only get coins ehen you sell the fish.
For your messages try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.
