How to contact support - Unregistered farms.

This information is mainly for those that did not register their farms to play on the Website before the game left Facebook in July 2023.

If you did not get your farms registered to play on the Website the ONLY other option you have is to contact the support team and they will help you recover your farms.

Please use this email to contact the support team.

When you write your email, please try to supply all of these:

1. your USER ID for the game
   
   
2. any email address you have been using to contact support in the past even if you no longer have access to use those emails and are now using a different email address.
   
   
3. Your Facebook profile link so Support can go to your Facebook profile
   
   Even if you don't remember what all of those were, or no longer have access to the Facebook account you were using to play Farm Town still contact the support team with whatever information you do still have and they will help you recover your farms.

Once you have sent your email, it can take up to 2 days for a response.

Please check your inbox several times a day to see if you have a reply in either your inbox or if it's not there please also check your Spam/Junk folder as well.
NOTE: We ask you to do this as some email hosts have an automated process that can send emails to your spam/junk/trash folder of your emails and then also automatically delete them for you after a set amount of time. That time can vary for different email providers.

Como contactar a Support - Granjas No Registradas.

Esta informacion esta dirigida a aquellos que no pudieron registrar sus granjas en el Sitio Web antes de que el juego dejara Facebook en Julio, 2023.

Si no registro sus granjas para jugar en el Sitio Web la UNICA opcion que tiene es contactar al equipo de Support y ellos lo ayudaran a recuperar sus granjas.

Debe usar esta direccion de correo para contactarse con Support.

Al escribir el mail, trate de incluir la siguiente informacion:

1. su USER ID para el juego
   
   
2. cualquier direccion de correo que haya usado en el pasado para contactarlos aunque yo no tenga acceso a ella y este usando una direccion de correo diferente
   
   
3. el link a su perfil de Facebook para que Support pueda visitarlo
   
   Aunque no recuerde nada de lo anterior o ya no tenga acceso a su cuenta de Facebook, contacte a Support de todos modos y envieles cualquier informacion que tenga y que considere pueda ayudar.

Una vez que haya enviado el mail, puede tardar hasta 2 dias en recibir una respuesta.

Por favor revise su correo varias veces al dia para ver su llego la respuesta y tambien revise su Correo No Deseado/Spam por si la respuesta se encuentra alli.
NOTA: Le pedimos que haga esto ya que algunos servidores de correo tienen un proceso automatico de enviar al Correo No Deseado/Spam ciertos mails recibidos y tambien los borran automaticamente luego de un periodo de tiempo. Ese tiempo varia de acuerdo a los proveedores de correo.
