When I order my neighbors bar that way, then if I get to someone who is already done with their quests, then I only get the message but I can continue clicking in the arrow to see the next neighbor's coop quests.

Pustekuchen, my late friend, has her neighbor bar in SN order and not Co-op order. would that make a difference?
