already done https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/p...lear_memcached and still getting this issue a few times a week..
was at someone's warehousing selling them items when this happened again, it's always the warehouse

Please report this to Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I'm not sure what you mean about facebook changed to a new gaming format page. During the last months I have had different formats for the game page and that didn't prevent me to load the game.

If you are using a saved bookmark in your browser, please do not use it. Instead load your facebook account and click in the game icon located in the left column of your facebook homepage.

If that is not your problem, then check if your browser is up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

Also, you can try another updated browser in your computer to check if your game loads.

I have not played FarmTown for awhile and wanted to get back in. When I go to the site I cannot see my farms and hitting play only brings up a blank screen with a logo on it. I can receive a gift and I can see the names and people who have sent me stuff. It says my email is not linked but I have tried to reload and have even turned my computer off. I have two accounts. One is under (email removed) and the other under (email removed. I cannot get into either one. Can you help me with this. Have my accounts been frozen because I haven't been on for awhile?
