Nothing you could do would have prevented this issue. Im just surprised you got this just today as it happened a few days ago and fixed the same day.

Hi Kevcat,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the facility manager.
There were problems with the filters in the Facility Manager which have been fixed over the last few days that some were getting and some were not.
It also changed the checks in the facilities. I am sorry, but you will have to go through and reset those to what you had them.

Thank you! I was pleased that I was able to remember all my unchecks and go through and makes things right. I made notes of every one in my Farm Town notes and took a picture of my restored shortcuts.

Just one more time when reading the forum makes all the difference.

all my facilities are reset!!! I deselected so many items that I dont need that use precious resources like fish, olive oil and plastic granules!! ugh!!!! please tell me it will be back to normal!! or do I have to start all over????

Just noticed this on my farm for the second time in last couple of weeks. I use Custom order, and due to auto listing to level, and I like most in alphabetical order, apart from about 20ish facilities needed in specific areas. It took me 2 days to re-order the whole amount.Regarding "funnel" to reset it.This does not work. My settings are correct, I even changed them and reloaded. is it possible it will reset itself? or will I have to go through every single one and work out which goes where, All over again? Also 2 days ago Noticed all my storage list was all unticked for the market.

Everything has been reset in the last hour. I played early this morning and things were normal. Came back and not only my Facilities are in alpha order BUT my shortcuts at the bottom of the page are back to the default you get when you first start playing. It is going to take me HOURS to just put my facilities in the right order. so unhappy.
