Hi Mom Glenda,
The only reason it would say that is if something is in the spot you are trying to set them down so they can't be put there. If you are moving groups of them to the farm it only takes one of the spots already filled to keep you from setting them down.

Is there anyway of knowing how much farm storage we are using? I know how to know about facility capacity but I am pretty sure farm storage is different.

I moved your post to the thread about Storage.

If you are asking for how many items you can have in each farm, then no, there is no way to look for it.
Each farm has a limit about how much data it can hold and that is also related to many other factors.

In the game on Facebook, I have around 30k in Copper and around 56k in Iron Ore, but when I switch over to the game on Slashkey, I have zero Copper and Iron Ore.
So is the game on slashkey behind the times or is it a glitch as I would refresh the game on slashkey, I would check it to find that I have all of my Copper and Iron Ore in my storage and then a few minutes to a few hours later, all of it is gone again.
Is it a glitch on slashkey?

I moved your post to the thread about storage. According to your data you have 9601 copper and 71180 iron. The data is the same in both versions. The only difference between the versions is where you enter the game, so shouldn't show different. If you had both open at the same time then there could be a difference due to them not updating at the same time.

The two photos are from ten minutes ago.
I have plenty of copper ore as you can see, but the game is saying differently.
Might be a bug as this is on the facebook and if I go here, it is telling me that I have none.
Might be a bug. I do plan on using the memchache to see if that brings back the copper ore to what it shows on the FB side of the game.

i'm sorry but i don't know where to post this....
i always check what ingredients i'm missing by going to the facility manager, and i usually have at least 6 months worth of products.
today i went in, like every Sunday, and sold "non ingredients for me". seeing that i had an abundance of bank product, i select those and sold twice "half of selected"
now it's showing that my 6 month "planner" is missing 100s of thousand of product.
can you tell me what i did?

Hi Vonalm,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about storage as this has nothing to do with the current release.
We don't have any way to check the difference in the individual items in your storage. The only thing I can think of would be if you had more than just the bank items checked in the list so would sell more than you were trying to sell.

is there a way to uncheck all checked items at one time, or do i have to go through the whole list?
