New Release -- March 13th, 2015

Thanks for the New Facitilies but once again you have added new items to make using the same perportions of metals. We were not able to make enough of certain metals to fill our factories before and now it is even worse. For example: Amber rock ... we can only make 5 units per hour and we need it for 6 items now. I couldn't even make the 5 before this new update. If you add more things to make using the same metals that was hard to come by before, it doesn't give me insintive to spend FC on new factories I want be able to fill now! Why can't the production of metals be bumped up to match what is needed to fill factories? I have 8 open pit mines and 11 Mineral mines and cant even fill some of my factories to 100%. Zinc Ore, Amber Rock, Laolin clay, Pearl Oysters, even Honey Comb are not perportoned correctly. I am sure there are others but I can't remember them all. Thanks for listening!

First, thank you for another great Release, always appreciated... I love this game...

Today I decided to report an on going problem... I did not get my pop-up to post my Dan Bonus, and it is not the first time... I know sometimes it takes a while for it to compute the totals... other times it has been facility product Dans... this was my Sand Wagon production which went from 4th Dan to 5th Dan and I desperately need it... it has been over 45 min and no pop-up... sometimes when I go out of the app and do all the clearing browser activity, FT memcache etc. then return, I get the pop-up or because it hasn't totalled the amount it goes back to it's previous Dan... in this case it should have gone back to the 4th but it didn't and no pop-up to post...

Would appreciate if you could look into this, I know others have reported missing Belts/Dans also...

I'm not sure if this was mentioned but I don't have time to go through 31 pages. Is it just a typo on the Trading Post Supplies Factory, everything is at least 10 units per except the Indian Headress. That is TWO. No way to fill the service fac.

Hi AlyceAnn,
I think you are right as it looks like the numbers are backwards for the Indian Woman Dress and the Indian Headress. We will report it to the developers.

Once again, thank you for all your hard work on my favorite game!

FC and new toys are great, but the ability to start work for quests from inside the facs is stupendous! The "hide crops" ain't too shabby either.

Did the make a mistake on the production of Indian head dress? I have plenty of all the other products in this facilities, and I have plenty of ingredients to make them.
