Have you tried another browser to check if you are able to boost them? Also, are you able to send gifts?

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close it and your farm, then clear your browser cache and close your browser. Reopen and try again.

If memcache doesnt work for you please provide the following information:

WF number, you find it when you open the chat window, it is in red
Operating system
Browser you have used.
