You have been answered several times about this and have not responded to any of the answers.


Again please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also check if your browser is updated.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Also if you go to the first post, first page of this thread, there are steps to let you check your computer.

web gl is working, toggle is not working. I cannot get on my farm yet again. this is happening almost daily.

Hi HILARIOUS,

I've just tried clicking on the Toggle FT Console and it is working fine for me.

We've asked you many times to compare your computer to the hardware and software requirements listed in the 1st post on page 1 to see if you should be experiencing optimal game play and to tell us if your computer has those requirements. If your computer does not have those requirements then this may be why you continue to have difficulties as that will increase the chances of crashes and the game not loading due to Out of Memory or WebGL errors.

When you next load the game please make sure that you add a check mark to Freeze Animals in your game preferences so that the animals don't automatically animate which may not be helping you.

Where you have a lot of loose animals on your farms consider removing or storing them in animal sheds so there are not many on the farm as loose animals can also be a drain on computer resources.

Try only showing the item you are working on and not everything else as well. You had a considerable amount of items showing. Remove the check marks for everything else when working your farms or someone else's farms.

If you have your browser open for many hours when this happens, try closing for a few minutes then reopen it.

Just had a few problems when opening messages and trains. Got errors indicating a loading problem (details below). Reloading FT seems to have fixed the problem so it may have been a temporary glitch in my internet connection. Messages provided in case they are of interest to someone.

You are correct that is a temporary connection error probably an internet glitch instead of an actual game error.

My farm won’t load. It gets to the black screen, but the little progress box doesn’t even fill in at all.
