HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Farms working fine yesterday. Now stuck at black screen and getting message "Your web browser does not support WebGl".

Hi Kathy

Try to clear your browser cache and see if that helps you. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load a little slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

EDITED TO ADD : Your previous post with the information was copied to a closed thread in H&S which is monitoring by the developers.

Nope, did not work. Still get same message ..... "your browser does not support webgl."

Hi Kathy,
Have you tried another browser? If you do make sure you have cookies and pop ups allowed in that browser.

i can't use another browser as I am using a Chromebook. However, I have discovered I can play using my tablet (Samsung) and the Edge browser.

Your post about WebGl was copied to the closed thread for the developers to look into that. Please be patient to see if they can find a solution.
