HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

hi, since the reintroduction of coop quests,, could be coincidental,, i have had trouble loading my farm,, when i finally manage to load i can possibly get to another of my farms without problem but then when trying the next farm it freezes,, if it shows the name of the farm i'm trying to get to and i wait 4 minutes the screen will turn green and after a further 1 minute the crops, facs etc will appear,, i am then able to work that farm and maybe one other until the process begins again,, today i have had error warnings in the information under the farm,,, i have cleared browsers,, changed browsers, checked i'm htlm compatible, i have written to support with no reply,, i have never had problems before,, my farm id is : 100000099998513 ,, i would be really grateful if you could give me some advice,, thanking you for your time, francesca and i have uninstalled and reinstalled my browser (google chrome) and everything is updated

Hi francescarw,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems. Please note when you clear the browser cache then it will be slow loading as all the graphics have to be downloaded again.


What errors are you getting in the FT Console?


If your farms are heavily loaded or layered then you can have these problems. The slow loading could also be an internet problem somewhere between you and the Farm Town servers. There are many links between and any one of them could be having problems causing a slow down in the data transfer.

thanksyou, taz,, suddenly righted itself,, must have been facebook or my server as i tried everything suggested and my farms are definitely not overloaded,, fingers crossed x
