Hi Riap,
It clears because you have forced a clearing and update of the server for your account. That memcache update is not done through the same links your normal play is done.

Other acct is acting up too. Different browser. Taking a long time to connect with server. Thing saying what server it is stays on the screen for several minutes before deciding to connect. What is causing that? Ship port not opening right.Think its time to quit for the morning and hope its better later.

Hi Riap,
It is still the same internet path regardless of what browser you are using or what account you are loading. As I said there is nothing we or the developers can do to fix this for you. You will just have to wait until it is cleared up.

I have been losing plots of land on three of my farms, and i don't know what is causing it. Can you help?

Please let us know what farms these plots are missing on so we can check them. Also provide your account ID which you can find below your farms at the bottom of the page.

So the weird x is ready for harvest when x is definitely not ready is back, except this time it's in both show work info and farm stats. It's farm 33 this time, where game insists 56 cedar trees are ready for chopping when in reality they have 7 odd hours to go.

I did everything Tiger suggested last time this happened but to no avail. I imagine it'll clear when the trees actually are ready.

I suggest that you contact the support team about this. Please let them know about the other farm as well especially if that one is still doing the same thing.

To contact Support, click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I was wondering why Farm Town doesnt have a groves for the trees. Will Farm Town eventually add Goves to place the trees in? On my Farm town farm I must have close to 50 individual trees I have to harvest so I have to go 1 by 1 by 1 by 1 with groves to place the trees in it would make it much easier to just harvest the tree groves. I believ it is a great idea to make tree groves available for all the trees so they are easier to harvest. Thank You.
