I attempted to buy the farm pass 2 Mon night at midnight but did not understand the code given over the phone so could not enter it in the blocks. I have tried since and when I attempt to enter the new code I am given, I still can't enter any number in the blocks. What can I do to get this corrected? my user ID# is 1801921292

Hi Dianalynn,
There isn't any code required by Slashkey for the purchase so that must be a code from your bank. There isn't anything we can do for this. You will need to contact your bank for your card you are trying to use to make the purchase.

This is clicking on someone, sell to that person, pick the product and markup. Correct? If that's the correct procedure, I'm not getting the credit for it.

Hi Lisa,
I moved your post to the thread about the Farm Pass as that is what you are talking about.
Your goal is to sell 575 super facility products trading directly with the avatars and making a profit. First thing you have to do after clicking on an avatar, is sellect the category Super Facility Products. Then select a product from that list. Then set the price to 10% above market price. Then click to sell it to them. They have to then accept the offer.

You can not just click on the product in the ones from facilities. It must be sellected from the Super Facility Products category. The instructions are in the Game Guide chapter on the Farm Pass:

You have to unload one of your own trains.

Same for your season goal, you need to unload your blue ship twice. For this you have all the month.

I just deleted my post I went and looked at my farm pass again and realized I misunderstood it.

I copied your post from Suggestions to Farm Pass thread in Help and Support to be able to respond to you.
Hope this could help.

When you need to sell to avatar to avatar, go to Trade marketplace but do not fill your Trading warehouse.

You can go to Market and then say Selling to avatars or you can also click in the SF Button on your right which means you are selling products.
Remember that when you have to sell on line, that means avatar to avatar, you need to make a profit, so set the price to 10% Above market price.

After completing your goal for farm pass, then you can continue filling your Trading warehouse and visit the market again.

Which farm pass? Farm Pass 1 just started a new season. So anything you did for that one changed today clearing all that was done yesterday and in the previous month.
For the unchecking problem try going to the funnel filter in your facility manager. remove the check for animal buildings, then set Regular Facilities and Service facilities to "Containing Disabled Products." Then click the green check. That will show you all the facilities you have things unchecked in including any that you have the whole facility unchecked.
If any of those facilities you have stored were not previously unchecked then those would not help with the total you had unchecked.
