Thank you Taz I completely understand what you are saying, In my situation, many of my neighbors post regularly, not overly but regularly, so I can see dozens of posts whether I am working them in the morning or at night, I submitted a ticket and got the original response, ticket number, priority etc. but nothing else, I went to the site to check the status and still so far nothing more in the way of a response or action taken, the wall seemed to fix itself for a few days and today I am back to showing 2 to 3 hours of posts and nothing else, this is getting frustrating as I have done all I can on my end that I am aware that I can do, I see from another recent post that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, I hope they get it fixed quick, I don't feel good spending money on a game that impedes my progress and doesn't fix issues, thank you for your response and help, Have a great week

Hi Don,
I will check with Support and find out why you didn't get any response from them. They may have responded and you just not seen it. Check your spam folder in your email program and make sure their response is not in there.

Not everybody posts every day. Mine can flucuate as well depending on the day. As we do not have wide spread reports of this so I can't see it being a problem in the game.
