I would love to be able to choose which neighbors/buddies are on the logbook of people I can send ships to. Some of the people in the logbook haven't played for months. There are also people who don't even play the game anymore on that list. What if there was something like for the trains where I could choose neighbors who help me, people who are online, etc.

Hi Amedlin,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the cargo ships.
You can choose from your neighbors who have a port open to replace those who do not play any more. You have to do this while you are loading the containers on your ship before you dispatch it. You can change 10 per ship you are loading.

My cargo ships won't dispatch. I have 4 loaded containers but when I hit the dispatch button the container images turn pink and another dispatch ship button appears. If I click that one I get a message that at least one container needs to be loaded.

Hi Mrs Jim Bob,
I have just checked and your pink ship was dispatched at 10:49 eastern time this morning (2025-07-25). You can not prepare another ship for 20 hours from that time, sonot until 6:50 eastern time tomorrow. That ship has 5 containers loaded and is at port 11.

not sure your ship bug is totally fixed. tonight the first load took 5+ minutes and the rest are taking 10+ minutes.

Before the longest time was on the first load and same shorter time for all the rest. It still lets me fill the boats and send them, but kind of strange as they should all take the same number of minutes to load.

Hi Iwoeb,
It is supposed to be that they are all the same even if a ship drops from the dispatched list. So first one should be what sets the time length. I am not sure why you got 5 minutes for the first one as you only have 5 previous ships dispatched.

Weird because when I opened it up this morning my ship prep had expired. Currently it is showing that I have no ships dispatched. I am working on my yellow ship and will see if I can dispatch that one. Normally the game won't even let you prep a ship when in the 24 hour window
